These Terms govern your use of JomPreSchool and the purchase of our digital learning materials. By purchasing or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1) What you are buying

JomPreSchool provides downloadable digital learning materials for children aged 3–7. This is a one-time purchase (currently RM59.90) delivered electronically via email or secure access link.

2) Delivery

After successful payment, an access link will be sent to your provided email address. Please ensure your email is correct and check your spam/junk folder.

If you do not receive your access within a reasonable time, contact support@jompreschool.com.

3) Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, purchases are generally non-refundable once access or download has been provided. However, we may review and resolve issues such as duplicate charges, failed delivery, or technical errors on a case-by-case basis.

4) License & acceptable use

Your purchase grants a non-transferable license for personal use within your household or classroom. You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the materials
• Upload or share them publicly
• Share download links with others
• Use them for commercial resale

5) Intellectual property

All materials, designs, and content remain the property of JomPreSchool. Unauthorized copying or redistribution may result in suspension of access or legal action.

6) Pricing & payments

Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (e.g. Billplz). We do not store your banking or card information. Pricing may change at any time but will not affect completed purchases.

7) Fraud & chargebacks

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or unauthorized payment disputes (chargebacks).

8) Disclaimer

Materials are provided “as is”. While we aim to provide helpful resources, we do not guarantee specific educational outcomes.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law in Malaysia, JomPreSchool is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or materials.

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
