Refund Policy

1) Digital products
JomPreSchool sells digital learning materials delivered electronically. Because digital items can be accessed immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once access or download has been provided.
2) When we can help
We aim to be fair. If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us and we will review your case:
- Duplicate charge or accidental double payment
- Payment was successful but access was not delivered
- Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the files
- Unauthorized or mistaken charge (we may request verification)
3) How to request support
Email support@jompreschool.com with:
- Your order ID / Billplz reference
- The email address used during checkout
- A brief description of the issue
4) Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method where possible, subject to payment provider timelines. Processing times vary depending on the bank/payment channel.
5) Chargebacks
If you have an issue, please contact us first so we can help. Unnecessary chargebacks can delay resolution and may result in access being restricted while the dispute is reviewed.
